Starting from humble beginnings, friendly AL (founder and owner of Shans Carpets) made the transition from an oil company executive to starting a flooring company in 1994.
Using his organizational and cost cutting skills acquired from being an executive in the oil industry, Al created Shans Carpets serving the greater Houston area with quality products and services at wholesale prices.
Using these principles, and with the help of his son who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, Shans Carpets has expanded to two locations to serve all of Houston, TX.
